About This Role
InfoSearch Media is seeking a Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams delivering search, content, and technology initiatives. You will help improve planning, execution, and team velocity while reinforcing disciplined Agile practices in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain delivery momentum
- Partner with leadership on prioritization, roadmap execution, and team health
- Track sprint progress, delivery risks, and operational dependencies
- Improve workflows and collaboration across distributed teams
- Promote strong documentation, accountability, and async communication habits
- Report on delivery performance and recommend process improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead
- Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Experience supporting cross-functional product, engineering, and content teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools
- Ability to identify and remove blockers, risks, and delivery bottlenecks
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and sprint burndown
- CSM, PSM, or comparable Agile certification preferred
