About This Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels. This role is central to driving measurable growth for our clients through performance-focused strategies and continuous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution of multi-channel paid campaigns
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics
  • Develop testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align messaging and funnel strategy
  • Manage budget allocation and forecasting across channels
  • Produce performance reports with actionable insights
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy updates, and new ad formats
  • Support scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic)
  • Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $75K–$250K+
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and incrementality
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and modern analytics stacks
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and creative optimization
  • Familiarity with automation tools and smart bidding strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
